Paper Submission Guide

All submitted papers (max. 6 pages) are reviewed and commented on by referees. Accepted papers will appear in the Proceedings of ISCISC'19, on the condition of being presented in the Conference.
The IEEE standard must be observed by authors. The guidelines for paper formatting and a template are available on our website. The conference language is both Persian and English.
Submitted papers should demonstrate original unpublished research in the areas of interest.
All submitted papers must be prepared according to the conference guidelines available on the conference website.
Selected papers from the conference will be considered for publication in the ISeCure Journal (The ISC International Journal of Information Security).
Accepted papers should be presented at the conference, otherwise the conference reserves the right to remove the paper from the final proceedings.

Guide For Authors

Thank you for submitting your papers to ISCISC'2019. Please read the following guidelines before submitting your papers.

Papers should be no longer than 6 pages. Papers exceeding the page limit will be subject to a charge of 600,000 Rials per page billed when the paper has been accepted. Maximum pages allowed would be 8 pages.
As part of the submission process, and in order to limit low quality submissions, there is a non-refundable submission fee of 500,000 Rials for each paper submission. This fee would be deducted from the paper registration fee when the submitter registers for the conference, regardless as to whether the paper was accepted or not. If you are submitting from outside of Iran, please contact the conference.
